Payment & Shipping

Freight:

Our pricing is gst inclusive, but does not include freight.

Freight is calculated on a “sale by sale” basis, depending on product size / weight, and buyer location.  We endeavour to use the most efficient, reliable and cost effective means of shipping (generally Fastway Couriers & Australia Post).

Payment:

The “ORDER NOW” button is customized for each SaferWater product and has a range of regional based freight charges for your convenience.

“PLACE ORDER ONLINE” (our preferred payment method): A freight inclusive invoice, based upon your product choice and address, is emailed to you for payment by EFT (electronic funds transfer) or bank deposit.

NB: we can sometimes also achieve a slightly cheaper freight rate to your specific address by this means, especially if you are ordering more than one product.

NB: if ordering more than one product, please complete the Order Form (at ORDER ONLINE), for each product seperately, and we will combine the order for best freight terms.

“PAY PAL” is also available for credit card payment.

Despatch :

On receipt of your payment to our account, we offer efficient same day (or soonest) despatch, and email you with consignment details relating to your purchase.
